Pembilier Nursing Center is currently taking applications for a full-time Social Service Designee. This role supports residents and their families by assessing needs, coordinating services, and ensuring that medically related social needs are met in accordance with federal and state regulations. Other job duties include marketing, care planning and MDS completion. Maintaining the dignity and respect of each resident is of the utmost importance. High school education required.
